Step 1.

Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 2.

Now Tap on the Tabs icon. This will be located at the bottom right corner.

Step 3.

Tap and hold/ force tap on the + icon at the bottom center.

Step 4.

There will appear new screen, and you will probably  some of the “recently closed websites” link.

Just tap on the link you want to open. See this was a piece of cake and you can do it more and much easily.
